ALAN L. KEATHLEY
Alan is a graduate of California State University Fresno. After graduating cum laude from Fresno State with his Bachelor of Science degree in business, Alan joined the audit department of Touche Ross in Fresno. Alan later moved to Bakersfield and began working in the tax department of Price Waterhouse. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Alan is very active in various community activities, professional organizations, and serves on a board of directors for an organization that extends agricultural credit. He sits on the Board of Directors of The A. Mariam Jamison Children's Center Foundation, Farm Credit Services of Southern California and the American Cancer Society Couples Against Cancer. |
Alan Keathley was a
Manager in the Bakersfield office of Price Waterhouse until the closing of
the office. He has both tax and auditing experience. Alan's experiences
include auditing, tax planning, due diligence for acquisitions, entity
restructuring and working with restructured troubled companies. These
experiences have been with clients in a variety of industries including
